Casino

Under the Law of the Sea Treaty (formally known as the Third United Naitions Convention on the Law of the Sea), or UNCLOS III, when a ship is close to land (11 miles), it will have to abide the local laws of the land’s country. So, when a ship is 12 miles away from the land (in the middle of the ocean), then it does not need to abide the local laws of that land.

For example, the casino (mahjong, cards and board games room) was only opened to the cruisers after sailing for more than 11 miles away from Hong Kong territory, cruisers can gamble on the cruise ship. So, no cruiser is allowed to gamble at the casino until the ship is 12 miles away from Hong Kong.

Personally, the Law of the Sea Treaty I didn’t affect me at all as I don’t gamble. But, it might affect those passengers who was onboard the ship for gambling. Those passengers would need to eat or do other thing before they are allowed to gamble on the ship.

Production Show

There were 2 production shows performed at the Zodiac Theatre (7th/F) from 29 November 2019 to 30 November 2019. I went to both shows.

In order to control the number of audience, reservation was required for these 2 shows. And the theatre doors were closed immediately once the shows started. It’s good arrangement because the audience who were already watching the shows would not be disturbed by the late comers!

Dulce Habana (on 29 November 2019)
I could only use one word to describe this show – fantastic!!!! I liked it very much! Actually, I guessed ALL audience liked this show! 🙂 The Dulce Habana is a MUST if you have a chance to onboard World Dream Cruise.

About the show:

I liked the female singer very very much because she could also dance very well

Verry Christmas (on 30 November 2019)
This was a seasonal show featured for the upcoming Christmas. The Verry Christmas show was great. It was kind of a variety show. It’s fun and full of laughter! Very suitable for family cruisers to watch. Have a merry Christmas!

The Christmas angel took audience on a voyage filled with magical creatures ans festive spirit! The stage was turned into an enhancing wonderland. The show brought audience through stunning acrobatic performances, romantic classical ballet and breathtaking acts. The show was unique and was the memory that you will treasure for lifetime.

Virtual Reality Game Centre

The Esc EXPERIENCE LAB was a virtual reality game centre. Cruisers were required to pay for the games.

Laser Dance Party

The laser dance party was called Illuminate My World Party, performing on the main pool deck (16th/F) on 30 November 2019 at 10:00 p.m. The atmosphere was very nice there. Everyone was very high!
